PILGRIMAGE ON THE CAMINO DE SANTIAGO IN SPAIN: I walked 500 miles across Northern Spain in May/June 2009.  This image is of the Cathedral in Santiago de Compostela which is the end point of a pilgrimage that has been walked for many, many centuries.  Images from this trip as well as other 2009 adventures (Guatemala, Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, Mexico) are currently available at Peach Tree Pottery.

Rhonda Funes is using one of my San Miguel de Allende images to brand her Reflexology Center in Santa Monica, California.  She bought a print of this image at Peach Tree Pottery and called to ask to use it in her business.  She has purchased exclusive use of this image for all her business collateral needs.  It's currently used on her outdoor sign, business cards and website. 

Reflexology is a physical and energetic touch application for the whole person through unique pathways found in the ears, hands and feet.  A session can be useful for physical discomforts of feet or hands as well as symptoms of an unknown source like odd or random aches, pains or sensations within the body.  Reflexology often works in helping to identify your own resources and can offer direction for solving a nagging concern.  Besides that, if you love the relaxation and relief you get from having your feet or hands worked on professionally, then reflexology is for you!  Sessions are available in 30 minute increments by appointment at $50/per half hour.  The center is open Monday through Friday, and some Sundays. (Flexible rate plans available for Series, Seniors, Children.)

2007 NANPA SHOWCASE: My image "Cranes In Flight" was selected to be featured in the 2007 Member's Showcase for the North American Nature Photography Association.  It is a special honor to be recogized by my peers in this manner. 

2005 SMITHSONIAN HONOR: In March 2005, I was honored with an Honorable Mention in the Culture and Arts category of Smithsonian  magazine's 2nd Annual Photo Contest.   My photograph was among more than  27,000 entries received from all over the  world. 

This image was taken at the Day of the Dead celebration at Hollywood Forever cemetary in Los Angeles in October, 2004.

2005 NANPA SHOWCASE:  My image "Eagle at Botswana Sunset" was selected as one in 100 images to be featured in the 2005 Member's Showcase for the North American Nature Photography Association.
